SPV strengthens its bankruptcy practice
Sulica Protopopescu Vonica strengthens its bankruptcy practice. Mr. Lucian VONICA (Partner) became also an insolvency practitioner after passing the exam organised by the National Union of Insolvency Practitioners in Romania (UNPRL).
In order to be able to practice insolvency-related activities, Mr. Lucian VONICA will establish and register an individual insolvency office under his name at the professional office of Sulica Protopopescu Vonica. He will continue practicing as a lawyer within the firm.
Under Romanian law the main activity of an insolvency practitioner after his appointment by the insolvency judge is to manage the insolvent enterprises. The insolvency practitioner should be confirmed by the creditors’ assembly.
